The refrigerator is a used RV refrigerator, it requires a 12V battery and either a 110 electric outlet or propane. The cool thing about it, is if we are running it by solar power, if we run out, it will automatically switch to gas! So we won't have to worry about our food spoiling if we ran out of power through the night or something!
Framing update: We have the bed and dog bunks partially framed, and we have the wall that divides the living quarters from the utility room, the closet, and the shower all framed.
The closer we get the more and more this starts feeling like reality. Sometimes it blows my mind that we are actually doing this, but I am so excited! I wish that we could move in today. Thoughts of the bus are constantly running through my mind, ideas developing even as I try to sleep. I feel like I could drag the building process out forever trying to make everything exactly perfect. When we aren't building and when I'm not in class or doing homework, we are brainstorming and researching ideas. We have the structure all figured out, we just have to figure out what we want to do with all the guts! Exciting things ahead! (:
"Listen to me just for a minute,
I can be quick no gimmick.
I've got a plan we should live it.
The Closer I Get, I can relate,
This ain't our place, let us go far far away.
Find a new home, rules of our own, you and me both are the same." --Rebelution
